The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for next month's bout.
Ex two time world title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to genuinely try to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As the two fighters participated in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the match is actually going ahead.
